This exercise focuses on cardio. 

Do 4 sets of 30-second intervals.

Helpful tip: HITT workouts provide many of the same benefits as other cardio exercises but in a shorter amount of time. Additionally, they help in decreasing body fat, heart rate, and blood pressure.
