Caring for Yourself as a Caregiver

There are benefits to caring for yourself when you are a caregiver. 

Here are a few ideas for our caregivers.

  • Find a support group with other caregivers.
  • Take care of yourself — find time for you!
  • Be open to new ideas to assist you.
  • Beware of signs of depression.
  • REST
  • Give yourself credit for the hard work you do!
